Mature Native Landscape in Winter

The locally native landscaping in this Laguna Beach yard has grown to maturity, and looks beautiful, espcially after the Winter rains.
Sages stretch toward the sunlight.
Strawberries spread. They're one of my favorite groundcovers.
A "hedge" of wild roses.

This hummingbird waits impatiently for us to leave so he can return to nectaring on the flowers.

Fleabane.
Gooseberry.

Dudleya

Black sage.
Buckwheat.
